Will nose tip too narrow and nose small can become larger with time or will small? (Photo)

I have A septorhinoplasty and i am almost 2months post op ..After cast remove my nose is too small and my mom can’t even recognised me..as a male i thought ny mose was too small and But its become better compare to Cast remove ..b.But i think its because of the Swelling…In so depressed and having many anxiety ..Will my nose can become bigger without swelling and The narrow tip will be gone if the swelling goes down..??thanks in advance

Hello, Thank you for providing these photos. It looks like your surgeon did a nice job with this difficult revision. I would not expect it to straighten much more. I personally prefer to avoid implants altogether and there are now at least 3 good options to augment the dorsum using your own...

Hello dear patient, as a professional I advice you to wait until 1 year last. Your columellar graft will be softer for sure. You may not need revision. If you need revision, of course it is an easy procedure.

Thanks Manthan Mehta for your question! If two months after rhinoplasty, you still see a dorsal hump, it's reasonable to be concerned. Even while some bruising and swelling may last for several months, it's crucial to speak with your surgeon to find out why the hump continues to show up....
