Nano fat for thin nose skin? Are there any other options to thicken the skin? (Photo)

Question

In the past I had many procedures for my nose (rhinoplasty’s, bellafil, lasers for spider veins) and the skin is very very thin with irregularities and bellafil showing through. Would nanofat transfer be a good option to thicken the skin and camouflage the damage? Thank you!

There is a question about visible irregularities over the dorsum of the nose; if that is a filler or scar around it, one could try to desolve it with enzyme. Although nano graft could be considered, probably the best option to "thicken the skin" and camouflage irregularities would be placement of fascia graft over the dorsum. Fascia is harvested from the temple and layed over the dorsum to smoothen appearance and add some padding. Hope this helps.

Nanofat grafting allows the stem cells and growth factors in the fat to stimulate the skin to grow and rejuvenate. It improves the overall quality of the skin and from my experience; it looks like you could benefit from it.

Injecting fat under the skin of your nose would be a good way to add lumpiness and contour irregularities to your nose.
This is not a place for grafting fat.
In order for graft to work there Hass to be sufficient host tissue. There is virtually no soft tissue layer between the skin and bone or cartilage on the nose. This more or less guarantees the fat survival will be very scattered, uneven and most of the fat will turn into necrotic lumps.
If fillers aren’t improving your nose then consider either not using fillers or consider finding a better provider.
You are not a good candidate for fat transfer.
The nose is not a good place to have fat grafted. It is completely devoid of host tissue. This will virtually guarantee undesirable outcomes.
