Nano fat for thin nose skin? Are there any other options to thicken the skin? (Photo)

In the past I had many procedures for my nose (rhinoplasty’s, bellafil, lasers for spider veins) and the skin is very very thin with irregularities and bellafil showing through. Would nanofat transfer be a good option to thicken the skin and camouflage the damage? Thank you!
