Fat graft 10 years ago, followed by weight loss. Will weight gain bring back volume in cheeks?

I had a fat graft to cheeks 10 years ago which has been stable for years. I recently lost too much weight and my face has gone down in volume. If I gain back the weight will the fat go back to my cheeks again?

It should go back to your cheeks again. The facial area during facial fat grafting are subject to the same biological processes as all fat cells, so they will disappear with significant weight loss and reappear with weight gain.
