Indent on cheek after mini face lift - Do I need a revision? (photo)

I notice an indent on my left cheek when I smile. My right side of face healed perfectly. I am curious if I need a revision. I went to a double board certified surgeon.

How long has it been since your surgery ?

Contour irregularities can occur and last a few weeks after surgery to eventually resolve on its own.
