Indent on cheek after mini face lift - Do I need a revision? (photo)

I notice an indent on my left cheek when I smile. My right side of face healed perfectly. I am curious if I need a revision. I went to a double board certified surgeon.

Yes it is possible that this could have been a skin-only facelift. Most facelifts involve some deeper sutures so they last longer than 8 months. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon as revision facelift surgery is complex. Good luck!
