It would be very difficult to give you good answer to this question, based on these photos. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in facial rejuvenation, is recommended. Good luck.
Thank you for your question and photos. If you’re unsure of what cosmetic changes you’d like to achieve, you may want to consider dermal filler injections prior to selecting surgical treatments. These hyaluronic acid formulas are often used in liquid rhinoplasty, liquid eyelift, and liquid facelift procedures, all of which can enhance your appearance and help you decide if you’d benefit from more permanent changes. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or expert injector. They can discuss your concerns and aesthetic goals with you to help you decide on the best course of action.

At age 40, it's doubtful that you would require a lower face and neck lift. From the front view, a closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish narrowing your bridge line and refining the nasal tip. All of the incisions are placed on the inside of the nose. No external incisions are required, and no painful packing is required either. Digital computer imaging of your nose upon your facial features would also be helpful to understand what can be accomplished with the procedure.
