Dissatisfied with short nose and bulbous tip, however I know I do not have any obvious deformities. Wondering if tip refinement + minor dorsal hump correction would improve the harmony of my nose relative to the rest of my facial features or if the surgical risks outweigh any minor benefits? Hi @Bellarose2025! I recommend seeing an expert rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most difficult procedures to perform. In my practice, I utilize piezosurgery...
It is difficult to evaluate the nose with only one close up view. The things you are asking can be better determined by multiple views. Usually an over rotated tip can be brought down some, though it can be a difficult procedure. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
