What can I do to fix my uneven/asymmetrical face? (Photos)

If it's something that have recently occurred, it is likely not a congenital structural asymmetry of the face. The asymmetry may be due to hypertrophy of the masseter muscle on that side. Other underlying issues are also possible. Try not to favor your right side while chewing. Consider botox to your right masseter for facial slimming. But an in person evaluation to evaluate your masseter muscle and oral dentition is recommended. Also to discuss other treatment options.

Thank you for your question. Facial sculpting and contouring of the face can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance.
