It makes the left side of my face bulge out a lot and my face is very uneven now. Im hoping to fimd some type of surgery to repair the dimple conpletely and make my face even again.

Answer: Toughie Oh boy! Sorry you hit yourself there as a child. Seems like some of the fat in your cheeks traumatically dissolved from the fall! So it looks exactly as you described: you have an asymmetric dimple. Your options include filling it with fat or filler. Filler does not last as long and given the looks might take quite a bit. I would suggest either trying filler once and if you like it proceed to fat grafting. The other option which may be easier is to make a dimple in the other side but really would need to evaluate in person to make that decision. I would try to set up a few consults and see what opinions you get!
