I know exactly what you're talking about and I don't believe that buccal fat removal will give you what you're looking for.  I come close to fixing this problem with microcannula liposuction of the lower cheek, but I have to admit that it may not be a complete fix the way you've depicted it in your desired photo.Please have a look at the blog I'm listing below because I think it might help you understand the what I mean a little better.Good Luck!

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. Jows are a combination of fat and skin present commonly in the edge of the jaw line. They are associated with facial aging. Jowls are not caused by enlarged buccal fat pads. Therefore buccal fat removal does not improve jowls. Jowls could be improved with procedures that directly decrease the fat and tightens the skin in the jowl area. One option is liposuction. Another option is FaceTite ( radio-frequency skin tightening). Another option is Morpheus8. The treatment depends on the degree of the jowls, recovery time desired  and the expectations of the patient.
