Help! Terrible insomnia after TT and BBL

10 days post op. When I try to sleep my brain just won't let me drift off. Lay there with my eyes closed feeling like I'm about to drift off but never actually slip into REM sleep. Getting 2 hours sleep if I'm lucky. Got so desperate last night I took 2 melatonin pills, a clonazepam and bendryl and that didnt even work! What happened to me and how do I fix it? I will also mention I am NOT on narcotics as I'm allergic. Recovering on extra strength Tylenol only and not in much pain last 4 days.
