Sorry for my lack of proper description last time. I have stiff bulging internal scar tissues (collagen I've been told) in between and above (all around) my brows as seen in the pics. I'm not frowning at all in the pics. These bulges are there 24/7 and will not go away no matter what I do (massage therapy ,ice packs, arnica, I've tried 'em all) I'm 2.5 years post-op but still in major pain from these swollen scar tissue bulges. they push down on my brows and hurt so much. please help. NO botox

Be careful! The likely reason that your left eyebrow is higher is because it is compensating for a droopier left upper eyelid (ptosis), so it is a compensatory mechanism. The solution would be left upper eyelid ptosis surgery, not brow surgery. Your left upper eyelid may not look droopy...
Your issue is not an infrequent one in cases where significant dorsal augmentation is achieved.Your suggestion of fat grafting is right on; it works very well to help transition the upper aspect of the dorsal implant with adjacent areas.Hope this helps
