Leftover excessive scar tissue from endo brow lift (2.5 years post op). What can be done to remove it?

Hi, I have excessive amount of leftover scar tissues in and surrounding my brows that is causing my so much discomfort and pain as well as lack of brow movement. I have tried massage therapy, taking arnica, to decrease the swelling and to encourage break down of scar tissues but they just will not budge at all. I'm in pain everyday from scar tissues pressing down on my brows. What can be done to decrease/remove these tissues? Please NO botox. too many horror stories. permanent solution only plz.

I've been doing brow lifting for more than 35 years and I've never had a patient have the symptoms you are having. You don't state how long it is been since your surgery. See a very experienced brow lift surgeon for an examination and cause of your problem.

Dear Cherryblossom, I perform endoscopic brow lifts on a weekly basis and have been doing so for over 25 years and I am completely unfamiliar with any of my patients having this complaint. I see that you had your surgery over two and a half years ago so you are fully healed. I would seek some secondary opinions via consultation with some experts in the field to see if they can help with any diagnosis and treatment. I wish I could be of more assistance to you.
