I read a lot about columellar plasty, which seems to involve the cartilage inside the nose. But some did seem to mention cutting the outer part. Can just the outer part be cut? I am a woman and my nose has been my biggest insecurity for my life. I know i need a tip plasty But that won’t reduce nostrils. My nostrils are huge and i have a lot of projection. I know the alar base needs to be reduced too. Is this possible to just change the outside? I like the look better when pulled down.
