If you are having issues after your surgery, the best person to ask is your surgeon who knows the specifics of your surgery.
Shock loss is always a risk and it is difficult to assess this on the Internet or with photos.  You need a before and after comparison. You need an examination.

It sounds like shockloss. It should return in 3 months. Stay on the finasteride and add minixidil. Confirm with surgeon.

Great question, no worries, it is normal shock loss of the non-transplanted hair and you will see regrowth in 6-12 months. Good luck.

This sounds like it is most likely shock loss and should only be temporary hair loss. I have found that PRP treatments help with treating this. 

Shock loss can occur as soon as a few days after a hair transplant of any size, to as long at 9 months after. People who are on finasteride are usually resistant to shock loss unless they are under 26 or so
