Can you liposuction fat from thigh under butt?

Can you liposuction this area for BBL and if you have butt implants or will it cause your whole butt to sag/drop and lose shape? Or will it be fine? Can you get BBL if you have butt implants and the surgeon is not experienced with butt implants? Help!
