I've had lip fillers many times over many years, the last time being 2 years ago. I still have a lot of filler and my top lip still after 2 years looks projected and "duckie". I would like to roll out the pink part of my lip more and hope that cupids bow technique could make my lip flip upwards more. It took me many years to get my tiny lips to have volume so I'm scared to dissolve it. The pics I've included are of what it looks like currently from different angles and 1 pic before any filler

Answer: Lip Fillers -- Juvederm Ultra/Ultra Plus/Volbella/Voluma, Restylane Silk/Lyft, Belotero, Fat Injections, Lip Lift I would reverse all your fillers, and reinfect fillers properly or even consider a lip lift with that. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Lip augmentation Dear Affectionate224870, I perform a lot of lip injections with fillers such as juvederm and it works great. Many times I need to put more in one side than the other to attempt to even out the vermillion border (The red line of the lip). This helps provide more symmetry at times. For patients looking for a more long lasting result, I recommend fat grafting. That is, using your own bodies fat to make your lips naturally look more shapely. The bonus is that the results last many many years. In general, I avoid using permanent prosthesis because I find that the lips are such dynamic and sensitive structures, the end result is not natural.
