it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photo, it looks like you would benefit from lip fillers. If you are considering a treatment, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Hi there.  You appear to possibly have a more prominent median tubercle, which is actually a desired feature.  It could be balanced with adding slight volume to the areas of the lateral tubercles and lower lip areas.  Seek an in person consultation with someone you trust.
