Regarding axillary breast tissue resection, are the scars quite visible, and not hidden in the axillae?

I am not overweight, have slight ptosis only, might consider a lift at the same time. I am 36B which is fine, I don't want to be bigger just more comfortable. I have had axillary breast tissue all my life. I live in Vancouver BC Canada. Would you have the name of a plastic surgeon in our area who is experienced in this, Thank you very much.
