Is asian rhinoplasty revision a difficult procedure?

I’ve read that Rhinoplasty revision is a very complex surgery but I’ve also heard Asian rhinoplasty revision can be simple. I have received asian rhinoplasty with a silicone implant for the bridge and septal cartilage for the tip of my nose— to remove or “undo” these changes and have my nose back to the way it was, would this be considered a difficult procedure? And in result, would my nose still be stiff?

Although a silicone implant and tip graft can be removed, I think the real difficulty in a case like this is to try to restore your nose "back to the way it was."   The cartilage structure and skin flap is no longer the same after surgery so you may need extensive work to try to restore the anatomy and look of your nose back to the way it was.  Removing the tip graft will hopefully make your nose less stiff, but you may need additional cartilage grafts to restore some of the strength that can be lost in altering the natural structures during your original surgery.

Both Asian rhinoplasty and revision rhinoplasty are challenging, and it is of paramount importance to seek out a rhinoplasty specialist experienced in Asian rhinoplasty to achieve the best results possible in a safe, predictable manner.  
In general, silicone implants are more easily removed than other synthetic implants such as medpore and Gore-tex.  The challenge often lies in the quality of the skin envelope and how much of the status of the nasal anatomy.  While revision Asian rhinoplasty can certainly be challenging, for some of us, it's what we do every day. @asianrhinoplasty @drdonyoo

Every nose is different so it's hard to say if it is difficult to perform a nose revision. It really depends on how bad your scar tissue is and what kind of changes you are looking for. But the general principle of surgery is that revision surgery is often harder than primary procedures because revision surgeons have to deal with many unknowns and also scar tissues.

Difficulty in revising Asian rhinoplasty is caused by various factors. The duration, size, character of the implant, the procedures done to fit the implant on the dorsum, existence of previous infection or swelling, patterns of tip surgery with septal cartilage, .... Suppose you recently had surgery and and had no previous events such as infection or extrusion, it would be rather not complicated as you might think. But if the implant was there for a long time, you might need a littel camouflage on the dorsum to prevent irregularity. Tip restoration technique depends on how the previous surgeon did your tip surgery. Removing any grafts at the tip will need additional procedures to restore the original shape and prevent contraction. Stiffness of the tip depends on the necessary procedures. You need a detailed face to face consultation with X-ray check of the implant for more correct answer to your questions. Thank you.

Revision rhinoplasty is one of the most difficult operations to perform correctly in the entire field of cosmetic surgery. The reason for this is that there has been changes to the normal anatomy, and scar tissue present. Even though the grass and the implants can be removed, there will be scar tissue present in knows we can make it slightly more stiff than before the First surgery. It is technically not terribly difficult to remove a silicone implant and cartilage tip graft in an Asian patient or a patient of any ethnicity. However it is unlikely that the nose will be exactly the same as it was before surgery because of normal scarring that occurs after any operation.
