7 months is still early to say that your operaion is failed. The totaş result will be accurate between the 12-14 month. 7 months should give you 60%-70 percent of the growth.

Without before and current photos it would be difficult to answer your question.Typically by 7 months there is obvious growth.I would suggest following up with your surgeon-you might be surprised when you look at the pre-op photos at the actual progress.

Try to use some stimulation for the growth. LLLT, minoxidil, nutritional correction. In case this is delayed growth, you may be able to induce the follicles. It is very unusual to have no growth at all. Growth begins in 3-4 months and you have appreciable change along the hairline in 6-8 months.

You should have begun to see results by 6 months. THe full results of the hair transplant would be seen by 1 year so hopefully your hair grows by then.

It is still too early to tell. But discuss with your doctor, they should have before pictures that they can compare. They will also be able to determine if things are progressing the way that they should.

At 7 months with no growth, I would consider this a failed hair transplant. If there was delayed growth, the some hair should have grown. I would go back and meet with your surgeon and ask him why it failed and what he/she is going to do about it. Most failed hair transplants are due to technical causes at the time of the surgery.
