Right side is droopy and the cheek feels harder than the left one. Any way to fix the asymmetry? (photos)

Thank you for your question and for providing photos. While perfect symmetry is impossible to attain, dermal fillers can be used to create an appearance that looks more symmetrical. Administering a conservative amount of filler to the right corner of the mouth can add subtle volume and a slight lift to bring it into balance with the left side. This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring.
