Right side is droopy and the cheek feels harder than the left one. Any way to fix the asymmetry? (photos)

I feel like i have a problem with my right side, it is droopy and the cheek feels harder than the left one. The smile ls not creating the same, and i wonder if there is any procedure or any way to fix the asymmetry. I feel like the problem comes from the fat that is close to the lip.
