Squint wrinkles - how can I get rid of them? (photos)

I have inner wrinkles rather than crows feet. I am wondering why I have them and how to get rid of them as they seem uncommon when I research. I am 25 :(

Thank you for your question and photo. You may benefit from RF microneedling or a laser resurfacing to treat fine lines and wrinkles in this area and improve mild skin laxity. The eye area needs significant combinations to get improvement. Lasers like erbium, co2, halo, profractional/contour, or Fraxel can all be used to build collagen long term. Plasma pen is a newer less invasive option but will take many treatments and require proper skincare. Plasma Pen is focused electrical plasma energy to tighten skin, producing small columns of energy just above the skin, allowing the skin to tighten to help improve wrinkles. This area will have 3-5 days of small “dots” that will then scab and peel, then the skin will tighter and brighter after. Numerous treatments are needed over lasers where only one or two give a bigger result, but more downtime. It's difficult to tell from your photo where the wrinkles are that concern you.  The frown lines between the brows are commonly treated with Botox.  "Bunny lines" as they are sometimes called that appear on the nose bridge are also relaxed with Botox.  I encourage you to visit with an experienced injector to learn more.

Regarding your fine lines and wrinkles on the inner corners of your eyelids, botox would not well address or treat these areas based on your concern and photo. My recommendation is for laser resurfacing around your eyelids. This can be performed with a variety of skin-lasers although the most common are generally CO2 or Erbium based. Your local oculoplastic or facial plastic surgeon would be able to better evaluate and treat your specific goals after a full examination of your facial movement.

Hello! Botox may be an option to trial in the area. A small dose of 1-2 units per side to see if you receive any benefit would be reasonable. The dose could then be increased accordingly. Fine wrinkling of the lower eyelids tends to respond well to neurotoxin. I would seek consultation with an injector to determine what may be best. Good luck!
