The inner part of my mid face weirdly bunches up when I smile, creating these weird unsightly grooves. What can be done to resolve or remedy this? Thank you.

Hello,The pictures are not easy to see but it looks like what is going on would be corrected with a combination of filler and botox. Botox relaxes muscles and does not correct volume loss and it appears you have nasolabial folds that are deepening. Filler can help lift and decrease some of the shadowing.
