In my opinion, Botox would not help to minimize a small buffalo hump. A buffalo hump is normally composed of excess fat and Botox will not have any effect on fat. There are other options to treat a buffalo hump, including liposuction.
Botox affects muscles. Buffalo humps are made up of fat, which needs to be surgically removed, primarily by means of liposuction. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City plastic surgery
A buffalo hump is a posterior fat repository (dorso-cervical fat pad) at the junction of the neck and thorax. Botox is a temporary muscle paralyzer and is used to minimize facial wrinkles, treat migraine headaches, and treat muscular spasm. It will not shrink a buffalo hump. However, injectable kybella may be of benefit as a non-surgical alternative to surgery. If large, however, surgical removal is recommended.Botox is used to treat patients who suffer from torticollis, a spasmodic condition which results in a shortened neck.Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.Best wishes...
Thank you for providing photos along with your question. Botox results should only last between 3-4 months. To address puffiness or under-eye bags, you may consider fillers to restore volume and even out your under-eye area. You may also consider “jelly roll” Botox which targets the slight bul...

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
For unique cases where a variety of modalities could be used to treat the condition, I would suggest an in person or virtual consultation to develop a custom and effective treatment plan. It is difficult to precisely define the best option without collecting the same information. I suggest...
Hello and thank you for your question. A face to face consult and examination is always best however in this scenario Botox can affect the skin and sebaceous glands however if it has any effect (which is unlikely how it is injected for forehead wrinkles) it would be to reduce sebum production...
Hello and thank you for your question. A face to face consult and examination is always best however in this scenario yes botox could be used but often in your case a small amount of filler would also help solve your main concern. Please always seek treatment from a trained medical professional...
