Hello, I’m new to the site. I’m 32 yrs old, 3 children all c-sections, and I’m 5’6’ 179 lbs my BMI is 28.7. I have high blood pressure and it’s controlled with amlodipine 10mg. I have mitral valve regurgitation. My cardiologist said my condition is mild/moderate. I’m getting a bbl soon and wanted to make sure it was safe time wise and being under anesthesia? I’m a worry wart.

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.. based in your question if your cardiologys give you a ok you cam get sugery after get a consultation with a plastic surgeon.

Hi. If your caridologist give you clearance I recommend you to undergo the procedure not under general anesthesia but under IV sedation plus epidural anesthesia. Will be safer for you.

You will require a cardiology clearance prior to your BBL and your cardiologist will make some definitive recommendations; I would also recommend that you keep your total liposuction (infiltration and aspiration) volumes to less than 4 L to keep it safe.
