Hi, I’m interested in having a BBL (I am a 23yo male) and was just wondering does the procedure differ anyway for a guy as opposed to a girl? Despite going to the gym I still have a very flat bum, I don’t really want the standard ladies hourglass figure, rather the [inverted] V figure, and ideally want it to be as ‘masculine’ as possible but still as big as possible (without it looking too feminine?) .. Has anyone done this? Is it common? Any help/answers would be great, thanks :)

Answer: Male buttocks Fat transference to buttocks is not uncommon but guys do not talk much about it. Definitely there are differences amongst female to male buttocks procedures and goals are completely different. For instance removing fat from lovehandles is mandatory and some lipo to abdomen would be both perfect areas to harvest fat to add to buttocks. Then we have to create a masculine butt no hips, and by the contrary create a nice lateral-muscular dent like the muscle indentation if you agree of course. And just want to encourage you because as woman we do like man with a litte something. Dr. Cardenas

Answer: Brazilian Butt Lift Male and female body structures are different this is why for females wider hips are preferred and for males a straighter look is ideal. When having a BBL it is important to have this in mind while molding the waist / hip / gluteal area to prevent a male to en up looking like a female. Regarding enhancing the buttocks, many men do it, but again no need to enhance hips in men, and of course as you say it no exaggerations to keep a male look.
