About 60% of fat from the transfer is retained and the results are permanent. The size will change with your weight just as the rest of your body does. In other words, the fat acts like it was naturally there. You can get a good idea of the final result after 6 months.

Thank you for your question. After surgery there is a predictable swelling process that mostly resolves over two months, when the final result really settles in.  Around 70% of fat that is grafted is typically expected to survive long term. We also put a little extra to account for loss of fat post operative, which is reabsorbed gradually by the body.

After a BBL, only about 70% of the transferred fat cells will survive, so it is normal to see a minor reduction in your buttocks. You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. If you have any concerns, I suggest you to follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

You are still in the process of recovery and swelling is common at this stage. Final results might be achieved 2-3 months after surgery.

Hi darling, thank you for your question.Based on the photos I'd say you've had an amazing work done but you need to know that it is still swollen so it may keep shrinking overtime for at least 2-3 months, however it won't look as before so you don't need to worry.
