Can you undo/reverse an Asian rhinoplasty?

A year ago I got an asian rhinoplasty done using DCF for the bridge and rib cartilage to project and lengthen the tip. For the most part I'm happy with the way it looks. However... I am extremely frustrated with the way it feels, both externally (very hard and stiff to touch) and internally (mild but constant internal pressure, cannot move upper lip as freely, etc). I miss the way my natural nose felt. Is it possible to go back to what it used to be or at least something similar to it?
