I want a more projected and defined tip and to make my nose just a bit narrower. I have to problem with my bridge as they are. I also do not want any alarplasty as i think the width of my nose can be corrected once the tip is projected. And i want a subtle change so that it is not too obvious that I got a nose job. What do you think? Is it ok for me to just get a tip plasty?

Answer: Do I need a full rhinoplasty or will tip plasty do? (photos) Hello, thank you for the question. Nasal tip plasty is a surgical procedure that focuses solely on creating a more prominent nasal tip. Any other area of the nose will be left unchanged following the procedure. If you are interested in changing the width of your nose and creating a more defined and projected nasal tip, then you would likely be a better candidate for a traditional rhinoplasty procedure. When performed correctly, rhinoplasty can produce natural-looking results that areindistinguishable to the average eye. Make sure you choose a board-certified surgeon whospecializes in rhinoplasty to receive a safe and effective procedure. Best of luck to you!

Answer: Consult with a specialist The best way to determine what specific changes will look good on your face, and what changes are surgically possible, is to do your research to find the top Asian rhinoplasty specialists and consult with several of them in person. During your consultation, your photos can be computer-morphed to show how the changes to your nose will affect your appearance. An Asian rhinoplasty specialist will have the experience to determine whether the morphed images are surgically attainable. Also, while there are several approaches to building up your nose during Asian rhinoplasty, using tissue from your own body will give you the safest, longest-lasting, and attractive result.

Answer: Tip plasty alone? Based on your photos a tipplasty is likely not enough, although an in person consultation is really needed for a complete external and internal physical exam. It appears you have a low radix and might need small graft in that area to bring your profile into alignment.
