I want to have a define jaw line and a higher nose bridge. What can I do about it?
Answer: Bulbous nose Asian nose tend to have bulky tip of the nose. The skin is thicker at the tip of the nose. Also the cartilage is very weak. The tip needs to debulked by removing some fat and refining the cartilage. But you will also need a tip graft using your own cartilage which will give you more projection at the tip and more definition. I also recommend putting a nose implant to raise the bridge of the nose. this can all be done using incision inside of the nose.

Answer: Consult with a specialist An Asian rhinoplasty specialist will be able to comprehensively address the issues you have with your nose. While there are a variety of approaches and techniques employed by various surgeons, it is up to you to do your due diligence to find a rhinoplasty specialist experienced in Asian rhinoplasty in order to achieve the best results possible. Using autologous grafts (tissue and cartilage from your own body) will provide the safest and most permanent results.Consult with 2-3 of these surgeons in person and determine your comfort level with their approach, demeanor, and before and after results. Good luck.
