I find my nose too overprojected and that there is an unsightly nasal hump I would like to remove. Top down and side views the nose look awful with my face, it does not match the small appearance from my front view. From the front it looks fine. How much can I reduce the size and is my modified nose a possibility for the finished product? As side details, I am pretty sure I have normal skin thickness, I never broke my nose before, and I heal well so maybe that will help. Thank you.
