Paranasal and maxillary implants to correct using cartilage? (Photo)

Question

The area under my nose (philtrum) is concave. I'like to bring it forward. How can I achieve this? I had 4 successful facial fat grafts to augment my upper face, but I have a mild mouth protrusion and midface recession, which still bothers me. They are both mild. Can cartilage implant be used to correct that too? A sort of paranasal and maxillary implants. How about cadaver irradiated and purified rib cartilage vs my own cartilage? Pic shows what I want to accomplish.

To achieve the results that you have simulated, you would need premaxillary augmentation as well as rhinoplasty to increase nasal tip projection. Your photo also showsa shorter philtrum. This could be accomplished with a lip lift. Some of these procedures could be combined. Premaxillary augmentation could be done with implants. Or cartilage grafts. Radiesse injection could give a good results as well. You need to be seen to confirm these recommendations.

To accomplish such a premaxillary-paranasal augmentation effect, multiple types of material can be used from implants, tissue back cartilage/bone to your own rib cartilage. It comes down to which material do you feel most comfortable having implanted. All such materials can be shaped and implanted from an intraoral approach. Each has their own advantages and disadvantages.
