African American epicanthic folds; should I correct with epicanthoplasty or rhinoplasty? (photos)

Hi, I’ve always had epicanthus which got better as my face grew but is still prominent.My inner eye corners are not visible, & my nose is wide & flat appearance. my eyes have also sunken some with age which makes it worse. My concern is that my skin is very keloid producing and I’m not sure how the scars would heal. As you can see i also have 2 large pock scars from chicken pox over 30 years ago. Any advice please? Thank you! Any other suggestions to add esthetic to my face?
