I want to deproject my nose a little, but I am not sure of the limitations. I have been told that 4-5mm is the max, and it seems like my ideal nose would be a 4mm reduction, yet I am not sure. Is the reduction pictured below possible? I have normal skin thickness and have not broken it before. Thank you.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Thank you for the question and photos and I would go on some complimentary consultations with experts that use digital photography to show you what can be accomplished with your nose and how it might be done and then look at photos of similar patients and become fully informed about the desired procedure Dr Corbin

Answer: Rhinoplasty It is difficult to see exactly our profile, since the photographs appear to be a bit blurry. A competent Plastic Surgeon that performs a lot of rhinoplasties can easily answer your questions and explain how and why certain procedures can or cannot be accomplished. The nose is one of the more exacting and demanding procedures we do, so chose wisely.
