Thanks for the question. In your case it’s quit possible that reducing your hump and providing rotation will be helpful. I always recommend seeing a few surgeons to get their opinion before proceeding.

Reducing nasal projection often requires lowering the bridge as well. Unfortunately your photos aren’t treat and so it’s hard to tell specifically in your situation.

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs. It is surely possible to de-project your nose. However, to see if your expectation is realistic your nose must be examined from all directions, your nasal passage and airway must also be assessed.
I would suggest that you consult with an expert rhinoplasty surgeon and if not entirely satisfied to move on.
limiting factors include your nasal anatomy and structural stability following surgery, potential reduction of your airway and finally whether such nose is going to be harmonious with your facial features.

It is difficult to see exactly our profile, since the photographs appear to be a bit blurry. A competent Plastic Surgeon that performs a lot of rhinoplasties can easily answer your questions and explain how and why certain procedures can or cannot be accomplished.
