Is this something that a good surgeon could fix, or do I just need to live with my wide, undefined tip? (photos)

I had my first rhinoplasty in February 2016, which eliminated my dorsal hump & hanging columella. It was great at first, but within 6 months, a nasal valve had medialized (collapsed) causing my nose to "shut off" on one side when I breathed in hard. The dorsal hump had also been shaved down too far, and my nose "fell" in the middle & ended up looking L-shaped in my profile.I had a revision rhinoplasty by the same doctor in March 2018, using a rib graft to build up the septum and hold open the right nostril. Unfortunately, the valve is still collapsed (he FORGOT to fix it), but due to the rib holding open the nostril, it does not shut when I breath. However, my nose looks like a triangle on my face, like the rib was too long or something. It's not the worst nose I've ever seen or anything, but I still don't like it. I spoke with another surgeon who said he would be hesitant to touch it because of all the prior work. Is this something that a good surgeon could fix, or do I just need to live with my wide, undefined tip?
