If your concern is regarding excess fat and loose skin around the abdomen and back, then an abdominoplasty with liposuction would be advisable. Additionally, liposuction to the legs could help take care of the excess leg fat that you complain of. It would be best to see a plastic surgeon in-office for proper evaluation to see what procedures and techniques would work best for you and your aesthetic goals.

In these situations, skin excision is typically required in order to improve your shape. Liposuction will remove subcutaneous fat but will not tighten skin well. Your area has many skilled body contouring surgeons. I would ensure to have several consults and find a surgeon whose plan you are comfortable with.

If there is skin laxity it may be addressed with J Plasma. Liposuction cannot remove visceral fat of the abdomen, which is the fat around your organs behind your abdominal wall.
