You have lost a significant amount of weight. I would recommend a circumferential abdominoplasty that would address your abdomen, lateral thighs and buttock. A bra lift would address the excess skin of the mid back, along with a breast lift. This would be 2 procedures.

The best procedures are those that address your concerns. I think you would have a nice result from a tummy tuck with liposuction for contouring of the sides and back.
