My Breasts are quite large for my very small frame and have looked great in a bra to the point of people asking if I have had them done already. I just wouid like a small reduction and them lifting as I am in my fifties and started have problems with clothes fitting me

Answer: Can I have a breast lift without implants? Thank you for your question. You would definitely benefit from a breast lift, which reduces the skin envelope while reshaping the breast tissue into a more youthful and perky shape. Sometimes implants can also be added for more volume but they're not necessary in your case. A question I often ask my patients is if you like the way you look in a push-up bra. If so then you have adequate volume and might just need a lift. That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety. A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.
