Are my 32DD breasts too saggy and do they require immediate attention? (Photo)

meena2929
Hi! I'm 27, started developing breasts early from around age 11. Recently had some fluctuations in my weight. I am 5' 2" and weigh 130 lbs. Lately I've been very conscious of how droopy my breasts are and also how they seem to be getting flatter at the top. - what grade of sagging is seen in my breasts? (I am confused by the chart) - what procedure is recommended if the sagging is deemed too severe? - is it ok to opt for a procedure before I have kids or it is best left for after?
