Great question. If the implant is appropriately sized (not excessively large), most patients report that they feel very natural, indistinguishable from their own breasts. With time, they may become hard and unnatural if excessive scar tissue develops around the implants (capsular contracture), which is one of the more common reasons for wanting an exchange of implants later on (about 20% at 10 years).Good luck!
Thank you for your question. I have heard from most patients that they do feel natural after the first few months. It takes some getting used to, but after time they do feel natural. I think you would get a better and more accurate/personal answer by asking women who have had this procedure done. Everyone is different so I would try and get a response from a few different women and find out what their experience has been.If you would like more information regarding breast augmentation, you can download a free copy of my Breast Augmentation Planner at ABetterBreast.com.
The vast majority of my patients feel that their breast implants feel and look natural. In general submuscular placement and larger native breast tissue makes implants feel more natural.
Thanks for your inquiry. Most women after a few months tell me that there implants feel like a part of their body. I think putting your question to the member board for other patients to comment would be a great idea. Good Luck.

I use exact measurements and specific implant styles to achieve a patient's desired look. The placement of the implant and the amount of skin available also need to be taken into consideration for the most natural feeling results.
As long as the breast implants are not too large, the vast majority of patients tell me that their breast feel very natural within 6 to 9 weeks after surgery. Best wishes!
Under normal circumstances if there are no complications most patients tell me that their breasts feel l;ike normal breasts after 6-8 weeks. The key is to not go too large.
During breast augmentation surgery, your plastic surgeon creates what we call a surgical pocket that holds the implant in place. As your body heals from surgery, a scar tissue capsule forms around the implant, which also helps prevent a shift in position. Finally, the same supportive muscles and...
The short answer to your question is "yes".Implants which fall into the armpit are displaced laterally within the breast implant pocket. The pocket can be closed laterally using several techniques, and then opened more medially to give some degree of improved cleavage. If your...
