Is a revision rhinoplasty worth it for me for just minor changes?

You appear to have an unoperated nasal appearance, along with thin nasal skin that may show irregularities after rhinoplasty. My suggestion would be to avoid revision rhinoplasty for "minor changes". If the residual cartilaginous dorsal hump is still bothering you significantly, then proceed with performing the procedure. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what your new nose could potentially look like. This will help with your decision-making process. Revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty,  so choose your surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience reducing natural results.
