I got a closed rhinoplasty 7 years ago. My doctor removed my hump and also took a little from the sides of my nose tip. Ok so for me I like my front view of my natural rounded nose. I dont like it when I smile I think its still wide, what do you think? Also my profile is not straight, its like cartilage just grew throughout the years. I'm scared of a second operation because I feel these are just minor changes and because of it the outcome could be drastic making my nose look to changed.

You can certainly widen the nostrils through several techniques. However, I think you need to consider the overall result and decide if nostril widening is the only issue. Please understand that you want to get it right on the next go. After that, it can become problematic.
