I had an upper and lower lid blepharoplasty. It is hard to tell without looking closely, but I have minor ectropion in one eye now. Is it possible to correct this non surgically still? I am over 8 months out from surgery. Is there still any possibility it could correct itself? Also, I have been considering fat grafting due to fat inecesarily being removed. Would that make this worse?
