Radiesse only lasts 12-18 months and can be improved with RF treatments, morpheus, and 5fu/steroid injections.  I dont see much issue with the way you were injected in the "before" photos there are some prominence of the ligaments that attach from the nose to the cheeks so you have to avoid too ...
