Can I treat this tear trough/nasojugal fold/cheek issue with filler?

Thank you for your question and photos. It appears you might be a good candidate for tear trough fillers to smooth out the area under the eyes and reduce the appearance of fine lines. This procedure administers small amounts of a smooth dermal filler into the area to create subtle volume. In most cases, the results of tear trough fillers can last for many months. I recommend scheduling an appointment with an experienced, board-certified dermatologist who can assess you in person and determine whether dermal fillers are the best choice for you. 

Hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane-L, Belotero and Restylane Silk are excellent choices for filling the tear trough area. I use a cannula when injecting this delicate area which is the thinnest skin on the body. If the muscle just below your lower lid eyelashes bulges a bit I also inject a tiny amount of Botox (Dysport/Xeomin) to relax this area for  smoother look.

The tear trough region is a very delicate area treat as the skin is very superficial. However hyaluronic acid fillers like belotero balance or restylane silk  are great fillers that can be use to treat this region.
