I have an oval/long face with a slightly long chin. Can I achieve a rounder/more heart-shaped look if I get cheek/lip fillers?

While fat grafting does offer longer-lasting results than dermal fillers, the outcome is also less predictable with fat. In addition, if you don’t like your results, there is no way to reverse fat grafting. I would suggest starting out with some well-placed filler to enhance your facial contour and bring your features into better proportion. The procedure is quick and relatively painless, and there is no downtime afterward. Depending on the filler used, your improvement could last anywhere from 6 months to 2 years. Make sure you choose an experienced, board-certified dermatologist for this procedure to ensure an optimal outcome.

While fat grafting can be used for facial contouring, some patients begin with dermal fillers to make sure they like the result before moving forward with more permanent fat grafting. Either could be used in the cheekbones to add definition, or along the jawline to create more of a heart shape to the face. No matter which treatment you choose, make sure you work with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon to ensure the best possible outcome.

Unfortunately without pictures it is not possible to assess your whole face, however according to your question you could be a good candidate for face fat grafting or fillers and other injectables. 
An accurate “static” and “dynamic” facial assessment and a bespoke

fillers can address your concerns, reduce asymmetry ( if present) and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas (I.e. cheeks, mid-face, jaw lines, lips and chin)  in our face with a natural looking result.

Generally speaking, dermal fillers are a great option for facial contouring. If you are considering a treatment, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon.
