I am looking for a permanent natural solution and am looking to get cheek and lip fat grafting done. I have a slightly long face that lacks cheek fat and cheekbones. If with fat grafting, I add fat: 1. to the sides of my face (laterally) to increase the width of my face 2. to the cheekbone area to make my face look overall fuller 3. to my lips to make my long chin look smaller would my face become more heart-shaped face? I'm aware I need face-to-face consultation. Thanks!

Answer: Non surgical full face lift with fillers and other injectables to achieve balance and proportions Hi, Thanks for your question. Unfortunately without pictures it is not possible to assess your whole face, however according to your question you could be a good candidate for face fat grafting or fillers and other injectables. An accurate “static” and “dynamic” facial assessment and a bespoke treatment with a “combined technique with needle and cannula” using dermal fillers can address your concerns, reduce asymmetry ( if present) and achieve balance and proportion among the different areas (I.e. cheeks, mid-face, jaw lines, lips and chin) in our face with a natural looking result. In addition this medical approach using fillers is suitable for top up during the years and with minimal downtime. I recommend to seek the advice of an expert doctor with extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and proportions and experience in facial assessment and treatment. All the best , Dr Giuseppe Fiore, MD
