Dear Ioanna,Thank you for your question! Yes, you can use Biocornium underneath your eye make up, Just make sure it's a thin coat and that it's nice and dry before you apply your make up. That being said, most upper eyelid scars should not be so noticeable. If they are, go back to your surgeon as there are things they can do to treat very noticeable surgical scars. Hope that helps. Good luck!
Hello! It is unusual to need biocorneum for upper eyelid scars, as they are low tension closures that generally heal with minimal scar. That said, you can wear makeup over biocorneum. Just let it dry completely before applying.BestMatthew Camp
We recommend Plato's Scar Serum for surgical scars and in those cases, we recommend mineral makeup for basic coverup. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
Unless you are prone to bad scars, you probably don't need any scar cream on your upper eyelids. The only area of the scar that is visible is on the outer part of the eye. It takes about one year for the scar to mature and for the redness to resolve. If you want to use the BioCorneum Cream, you can put it on first and then put your make up over it. I do not know how the cream and your make up will mix. Please consult your surgeon.Best wishes
I would recommend early application of a silicone scar gel such as Plato's Scar Serum twice daily once the skin heals over. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles

I agree with you that I love BioCorneum over other scar gels partly because of its sunscreen coverage, but in an area not exposed to the sun, you can either simply use paper tape or silicone gel. Paper tape is cheap but can sometimes irritate the skin. The silicone scar gel I recommend to...
