Is it okay to take my spinning class 2 or 3 weeks after my Breast Augmentation?

Before taking anything, please speak to your surgeon. They should know if it’s safe for you to do so, since they know your medical history and the medications you may be taking right now. There expertise is the only way you can be sure when it’s safe for you to start taking your supplements. After three weeks, you can start lower body training and light cardio workouts. Avoid impact-based exercises for at least four weeks. At six weeks you can start upper body strength training, but make sure to start off slowly. Don't be jerky in your movement at first.

I think you should ask your surgeon first before getting into your spinning classes.I recommend my patients to begin exercising after  4 week post surgery, always asking me first.  And always gradually and progressive to their normal level of activities.
