Ideally, I'm looking for more fullness with a bit of lift. I am currently 63 yo, 5'9",179 lbs and a bra size of 38C. I have attached current photos, a snap shot of myself in my favorite push up bra, & website pics of preferred look. My goal is to obtain the "favorite bra" or the preferred look without the bra , if possible. Can I achieve a natural look w/a bit of lift by undergoing a dual plane augmentation? Any advice or recommendation is very appreciated and thank you in advance.

Typically, early in the post-operative period, implants can be displaced secondary to swelling and pressure from the overlying soft tissue. What you're describing sounds entirely normal but certainly it's worth a call to your plastic surgeon for piece of mind and reassurance.
There is no difference at all. The two modes of measurements are almost the same and you could use either. However, in the clinic, cc is usually the unit used for the implants.
I advise my patient to wait at least 8-12 weeks and all incisions have to be completely healed. There are risk with nipple piercings that are inherent to the process itself. It's important to understand these risk and to go to a reputable facility for the piercings.
