What is the best way of raising inner brow area? (photos)

I am a 19 year old and unhappy with the inner bit of my eyebrows-when I relax my forehead completely they are quite low and give me a rather tired/almost spiteful appearance. As a child I had very light eyebrows and they never drooped like that-but my father has quite a low brow so that might be a genetic/coming-of-age thing. What would be the best procedure to slightly raise inner eyebrow area to a more aesthetic position?

YES, through a hairline incision (pretrichial), both the brows can be lifted and the hairline can be lowered.  In fact, that is one of the advantages of using hairline incision for brow/forehead lift.

The most common cause is hair growing within the confines of the incision. Have your surgeon check for scalp incision carefully. If there are none seen,  consult your dermatologist for a wide range of inflammatory conditions that can be treated medically.

I am sorry that you did not achieve the desired outcome after your procedure.  You may be able to correct the indentation with injectables.  The asymmetry may or may not resolve.  Botulinum toxins and noninvasive treatment such as Ultherapy can sometimes be used to adjust eyebrow...

Lowering eyebrows can be done but without exact measurements. Therefore I would advise against this.

The medial brow can be lifted.  In some cases botulinum toxins alone or in conjunction with noninvasive procedures such as Ultherapy can provide the desired outcome.  Fillers can also sometimes be used to help elevate the brows.  If the droop is more severe, surgery is the best...
