i am a male 27 years old. the middle of my eyebrows(the part closest to the nose) is droopy but the sides are ok and not droopy.is it possible the browlift for only the middle of my eyebrows and not rest? because i want to have flat eyebrows .if it is possible what is the best procedure for this particular browlift?please give me tips
Answer: Medial brow lift The medial brow can be lifted. In some cases botulinum toxins alone or in conjunction with noninvasive procedures such as Ultherapy can provide the desired outcome. Fillers can also sometimes be used to help elevate the brows. If the droop is more severe, surgery is the best option. There are a number of different approaches to brow lifting and you would need to explore these with a surgeon who is highly experienced in this area.

Answer: Medial brow lift As long as you have a good amount of brow hair, a medial brow lift can be easily done with a direct approach. An incision is made just over the medial brow right at the upper line of brow hair. A small ellipse of tissue is removed above this, and the wound closed. You will notice a scar there for the first few weeks, but if done correctly should heal nicely. If you don't want to risk a scar there and have a good hairline, you can remove an ellipse of tissue from just in front of the hairline.

Answer: Central browlift. Yes a central browlift can be done. In males the Irregular Tri.chophytic incision we developed works best since it does not raise your hairline. If u have hair loss in the future u will have to deal with that

Answer: Is it possible the Brow Lift for only the middle of my eyebrows and not rest? Yes, this is possible but I would not recommend it for a 27 year old man. The best option for this type of concern is periodic Botox treatment. This is an in office treatment that lasts 3-4 months. Proper treatment of the area between the eyebrows will raise the inner portion of the eyebrow and can improve the look that concerns you without the risk and downtime of surgery. Further, the results are subtle and will not feminize your eye area. Seek an experienced physician injector. There is no shortage of non-physician "injectors" with little to no experience treating men and no training in the subtle but significant differences between male and female aesthetics.I hope this information is helpful for you.Stephen Weber MD, FACSDenver Facial Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Medial Brow Absolutely! By only mobilizing the medial brows and placing the tension centrally on the forehead, the medial brows can be predictably elevated.
